More Info About PayPal and Paying Online

If you are not already familiar with PayPal, it is a fast and secure method of sending and receiving funds over the Internet. They have been around for a number of years (I personally have used them for over 10 years) and are highly acclaimed by pretty much everyone. PayPal is now an eBay company and has been integrated into that operation. It is also widely used at other e-commerce sites, for the sale of goods and services.

In the past the Ski Club tried to manage two PayPal accounts - a free personal account for PayPal-to-PayPal payments and a business account for credit/debit card payments. Unfortunately, it's just become too much of a hassle (for both us and you!) so we have had to drop the free account.

If you still want to save the price of a stamp and pay online for season dues or any trip, please understand that there is a 3% fee for processing all PayPal payments made to the Ski Club. This fee is labeled as "Shipping and Handling" as you go through the billing process.
